"1 word to describe my experience with Storm K9 - Perfect.

We took Bagheera to them when he was 8 months old - he was full of uncontrollable excited energy. If the front door opened he was gone. There was no recall. He'd run across the road with no hesitation. (Thankfully we live on a very quiet road) There was no way of letting him off the leash, he'd jump on every person that went past. Pull the lead and much more.

During - Manny built an amazing bond with Bagheera. Training was built around his needs and not generic. Bagheera would during some sessions show stubbornness and in others be more engaged but every session was built around him. One of the great thing as a dog owner I learnt from Storm K9 was understanding my dog. After a couple of months with Storm K9, Bagheera's relationship with us as a family is amazing. I can now take him on walks freely and rely on him to stay with me or come back to me with no hesitation. No fear of him running across the road after seeing something or concerns he might try bite me while I put a sock on.

"Manny has been working with me and my male german shepherd the last few months. My G/S was 11 months when we started and I wanted the focus to be on obedience and recall, so that I could have complete confidence and control when out and about, and also for him to only interact with other dogs on command.

I now walk him with no lead along the main roads as well as in fields and parks, and he walks to heal constantly and will only break that when I tell him he can. He is great when there are other dogs or distractions around - he never goes off without me saying he can.

I never believed Manny when he said what we would achieve in 3 months, and wow how wrong was I! Manny has a great way with dogs - he is like the dog whisperer, he really understands their ways and dog psychology and dogs respond really well to him.

As I am possibly older than most of his other clients - Manny was very patient with me as he was teaching me as well as my dog, so you "can teach old dogs new tricks!"

He was great with Coco! Coco is very selective on the people she likes and she can get a bit barky with new people, so I was a bit worried about that first interaction. To my surprise, Coco was absolutely fine with him, she approached him without any reservations, she instantly felt confortable around him, which made me feel a lot better and I knew she would be in safe hands. You can tell that Manny is very knowledgeable in dog behaviour.
Manny was very quick to reply to messages and he kept us updated on how the day with Coco was going. When we came back Coco was very relaxed and content!
